À propos de l'événement

A 2 hour workshop to understand how it works, how to manage it.

Our heart, such a small organ yet so important, intervenes in the following cases, among others:

  • It helps us to take distance
  • It improves our quality of decision-making
  • It improves relationships with those around us
  • It has a regulatory action on stress and its deleterious consequences
  • It intervenes in the biological architecture (it generally improves our bodily functioning)
  • It also improves our psycho emotional life.
  • Etc ...

It allows us to open up to another way of thinking and seeing things. It is not polluted by the brain which, for its part, will automatically look for experiences already lived to paste them on the situation we are going through. The heart has this ability to bypass the brain in order to give us or create other solutions.

Learning to use the brain located in the heart is important in managing stress. Sylvie Volery specializes in Coaching, Insights, NLP, Systemics, Sophrology, horse coaching and cardiac coherence. She is a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and AFCP (French Association of Professional Lecturers) and works in Europe. In 2004, she founded Creavenir which will become Quirao in 2011, whose mission is to help you feel what is happening in your interior ecosystem and the exterior ecosystem, in order to take the good reach of the wind that life puts you in. disposition. She guides you and tells you about her own experience which led her to set up this training.

Sylvie Volery: "I have personally experienced it and since I started practicing it, I no longer experience difficult situations in the same way, whether in the duration and / or in the intensity."

The recommendations related to Covid-19 will of course be followed.
